Laser Balancing Machine
we can offer balancing systems for removing unbalanced masses from components by laser beam. This form of balancing is much faster, more accurate and cleaner than manual balancing. The material can be removed in different forms: as rectangle, circle, ellipse or even as pattern.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- It is driven by a servo motor, with two round belts installed, and the belt drives the rotor to rotate.
- The swing frame adopts a floating table structure supported by four spring rods. The spring rods are installed in the axial direction to limit the vibration of the floating table.
- Using a suitable self development and research slot sensor, according to the slot signal collected when the rotor is rotating, determine the rotation speed of the rotor.
