Description
This series of transmission belt drive balancing machine can correctly display the unbalance and phase of the workpiece in one start as long as it is adjusted according to the radius of the two front faces of the rotor before starting.The measuring part of this machine is a new generation special electric measuring box of hw310 type, with complete functions and powerful man-machine dialogue function.
It can be equipped with projection welding machine, which can meet the welding of balance plate and shaft tube during dynamic balancing of transmission shaft, reduce the working load of operators and improve production efficiency.The balance machine and projection welding machine have interlock protection device. The projection welding machine is controlled by microcomputer, with wide parameter setting range, high control precision, stable performance and compensation function for power grid.
